Terms & Conditions — Switching Promotion

Proof of Current Fee: Client must provide the most recent invoice from their current provider to calculate the 20% discount.
Minimum Spend: The discount applies to total annual contracts or services above HKD 3,000.
One-Year Limit: The 20% discount applies to the first year of service only; subsequent years revert to Ballast standard professional rates.
Free Transfer Service: Ballast will handle the "Change of Company Secretary" or "Transfer of Books" paperwork at no extra charge.
